Rakhi Sawant and her husband Ritesh were cast as Bigg Boss 15 contestants. She greeted him with a puja thali and a gentle pat on the feet.
Rakhi Sawant joined Bigg Boss 15 with her husband Ritesh, who wore a sehra inside the house (headdress worn by the groom). “Toh main aagayi hoon aapne pati Ritesh ko lekar (So, I’ve come along with my husband Ritesh),” Rakhi stated in a new commercial that appeared on the internet.As Ritesh entered the house, Rakhi Sawant performed a countdown and danced to Mera Piya Ghar Aaya from Yaraana (1995). Rakhi presented Ritesh with a puja thali amid the cheers of all the participants. His face, however, was not shown in the video.
Rakhi said, to him “Aapka welcome hai. 12 mulko ki police aur puri desh ki janta aapka inteezaar karrahi hai (You’re welcomed here. The police of 12 countries and the entire nation is waiting for you).”Rakhi quoted a scene from the film Don. She also placed her hand on his feet.Rakhi may have appeared on the show as a guest or as a wild card contestant. Rakhi was also seen entering the residence with actors Rashami Desai and Devoleena Bhattacharjee in the video. Previously, a promotional video showed Rakhi crying inside the Bigg Boss house during her previous season’s visit. She is also seen inside the confession room on the video, saying, “Mein chahti hun mera husband ek bar sabke saamne aaye. (I want my husband to come in front of everyone just once).”
In a video it is shown that Rakhi says, “Kab taak karun mein tumhara intezaar (Till when should I wait for you)?” .After this she adds while laughing, “Khatam ho chuka hai aapka intezaar or mera intezaar, kyunki poori duniya ko honge Ritesh ke darshan Bigg Boss 15 mein. (Your and my wait is over because the whole world will see Ritesh in Bigg Boss 15).” Later she continued by saying, “Chalega ki nahi mere sath? (Will you come with me or not?)” who answers her, “Zaroor (Sure.)”
Rakhi announced in 2019 that she had married Ritesh, an NRI, in a secret wedding. She had shown off her bridal attire from the wedding, but not his.“Main dar gayi thi, haan maine shaadi kar li hai. I am confirming the news with you today. (I was scared but yes, I got married),” reports say.
