The monthly rent for the duplex unit is Rs. 10 lakh for a period of two years. The apartment sits on the 27th and 28th floors of the Altantis building in Andheri West, near Lokhandwala Road. There are four parking spaces available at the residence.
On November 12, the apartment’s leave and licence agreement was registered. According to the report, the lease rental term is 24 months, from October 16, 2021, to October 15, 2023.
Amitabh purchased the 5,184 sqft condominium in Atlantis for 31 crore in December 2020, however it was only registered in April 2021. Kriti has put down a security deposit of Rs. 60 lakh.
Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have also leased one of their Juhu residences to the State Bank of India for a period of 15 years. The actor is currently residing in Jalsa, his Juhu residence. Amitabh bought the property from producer NC Sippy, he recently tweeted. The 10,125 square foot mansion, according to Vogue India, is a two-story bungalow located near Juhu’s JW Marriott.
Prateeksha is the name of another mansion owned by the Bachchan family in Juhu. According to Vogue India, Amitabh used to live here with his parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan. According to Amitabh’s Instagram post, the family moved in in 1976. In 2007, his son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan married here as well.
Kriti previously lived in a Juhu apartment. In 2014, the actor purchased the residence and moved in with his sister Nupur Sanon, as well as his parents Geeta and Rahul Sanon.
