The Badhaai Ho director will next direct a Hindi remake of the Robert De Niro-Anne Hathaway romcom from 2015. He is currently working on Ajay Devgn’s major football film Maidaan. He further added,“Currently, I’m immersed in Maidaan. One of our training sessions with Thai footballers has just ended. Then it’s on to the next match, which is in a couple of days.”

As a result, my interpretation of the story will be unique.” “I can’t believe I’m working with two of the best we have, so early in my career”, Amit says of working with the dream duo of Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. “ Working with Bachchan Saab is every director’s dream. After only directing three films, my dream has come true. I don’t know what else I could ask for. ” He further added.
