Last year, Shilpa Shetty faced a difficult time when her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, was arrested. During her trying moments, the actress requested that everyone respect her privacy. Raj Kundra has transferred property worth Rs 38.5 crore to his wife Shilpa, more than six months after the incident.

According to the registration paperwork seen by Squarefeatindia.com, businessman Raj Kundra has transferred property worth Rs 38.5 crore to his actress wife. The paperwork showed that Raj Kundra transferred a total of 5 flats in a building called Ocean View in Juhu, together with the basement, to his wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra, according to Varun Singh, the founder of Squarefeatindia.com.

PAID RS 1.92 CRORE STAMP DUTY
Varun Singh also claimed that Shilpa Shetty has been given a total of 5,996 square feet. It is the same residence that Raj and Shilpa had listed as their current address, according to Singh. In addition, Rs 1.92 crore in stamp duty was paid for the registration, which took place on January 24, 2022.

SHILPA SHETTY IN THE WORKPLACE
