Jersey is a remake of actor Nani’s Telugu film of the same name, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. The original Telugu version was also directed by Gowtam. In the film, Shahid plays a cricketer who makes a comeback after years away from the game. The film was scheduled to be released on December 31, 2021. The new date, on the other hand, has yet to be determined.
