Kareena Kapoor Khan is a yoga enthusiast, which goes without saying. She regularly posts pictures of her workout routine on social media. This time, the 40-year-old uploaded a photo of herself executing a difficult balancing stance known as Natarajasana, or Lord of Dance pose.
“Presence of mind, body, heart, and soul,” she captioned the post while her yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, lauded her efforts, and said: “Beautiful, Bebo…so graceful in her Natarajasana”.
The position, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, is an excellent approach to increase flexibility in the ankles, hips, and legs. According to practitioners, when performed correctly, the pose assists weight loss and metabolism.
Although the stretch appears simple, it requires constant practice to maintain appropriate technique. It is also known to aid in the improvement of body posture.
